I don't know about you, but I just needed a little reminder slow down and listen. There have been many times over these past few months where I have been so quick to speak and quick to become angry when I feel that someone I care about isn't getting what they need. I rationalized it for a while, but deep down I know that God asks me....
"to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, making every effort to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace." Ephesians 4:1-3
And so I pray that tomorrow, God helps me to spend the day being quick to listen to everyone who crosses my path. I have a feeling that if I take the time to listen, God just might surprise me by what I hear....

Tomorrow(Sunday)is a good day to practice listening when we go to church and Worship Him. We find God's rest as we listen and practice what He is telling us.
