Some memories of this weekend that I will probably keep with me for a while include:
- washing numerous sets of clothing and sheets to be rid of urine and other un-fun things
- sweeping the floor at least twice a day because rice or something else was sticking to my feet
- getting and giving tons of hugs
- watching our three wild ones go from screaming and crying at each other every second to taking turns and playing nicely
- repeating, "Try that again with a nice voice." over and over and over again
Alright, well that is enough for now. I really want to write more about how A is adjusting, but I am having a hard time deciding how open to be on this blog. For now I will be cautious and not go into too many details. I will, however, say that he is absolutely adorable and is such a sweetheart.
Since I can't post pictures of him, how about I give you photos of my other adorable little boy? I guess I could also write about how he is adjusting, but I might wait until after the doctor takes him off the steroids that cause him to act as if he is in a manic state...unable to stop his body and laughing uncontrollably at pretty much nothing one minute to screaming crying the next. Poor guy. I am praying for patience with him during this time. I find that my expectations of him tend to be too high.
Here we go...the pictures!
4 days on 110mg of Flovent: Exhibit A:)
These pictures are actually a series, but I can't post them because of faces showing. Let's just say that one had Z upside down and another had David with pants falling down!
Trick-or-Treating Time! We went to a total of 3 houses in our neighborhood. A has quite the sweet tooth and is very fast at opening and each chocolate bars. David on the other hand, waited until we made it home and then picked out two granola bars to eat:).
Ironically, A still had an appetite for dinner while David barely took two bites!
Playing in Pajamas before bed...
