I Must...

I must write a post about how absolutely amazing Baby C's grandparents are.

When a child transitions home to family, we never expect to be able to stay in their lives, but we always hope that we can maintain some contact.

Baby C's grandparents have truly made us feel like extended family. Not only do we get to babysit, but they send us notes about how he is doing and little video clips of him. They always come at just the right time.

In fact, they invited us over today and oh…what a wonderful time we had with them! The boys were beside themselves and well, Lee and I cherish every moment we get to see the little man's smile and hear his laugh.

So whenever I look at other babies and feel that little ache in my heart for him, I must remember how incredibly blessed we are to still see and hold and love on Baby C and well…we have gained two more wonderful people to add to our extended family.

God is good.
