Remember how I was praying for God to replace Anthony's feelings of insecurity with security in the truth?
Well, his behaviors are still showing me that he has 'stuff' going on in that little mind of his, BUT this morning he snuggled up next to me and whispered:
"Can I tell you a secret?"
"Sure" I whispered back.
He leaned into my ear and whispered, "You're my mommy and you're going to love me forever."
I smiled and nodded. Then he leaned in again.
"And daddy's gonna love me forever too!"
Thank you, God, that Anthony is accepting this as truth...my it feel real to him always and may he can grow up knowing that even if he drives us crazy sometimes...he is cherished and loved beyond measure!
