Making Adjustments

I typically go grocery shopping without my boys. I usually go on the weekend so that Lee can stay home with them and I pick up what we need for the week.

For the first time in my life, I have started a meal plan (4 weeks worth of meal plans to be exact). I am sure my husband is still shocked by the fact that I am cooking:).

Anyway, the momentum is there, but I have encountered a challenge. How does one go shopping with three boys? Ok, it is doable. I could do it, but it is stressful and it is one more thing 'to do' when we have a week filled with appointments and visits.  You might be thinking that I could just leave all three with Lee. Yes, I could...except our poor Little D is still afraid of Lee and becomes very upset when I step away from him. I don't want to know what he would do if I actually left the house. He doesn't need that stress...he has had too much already.

So I decided on my way home from church today that I am going to spend the extra money to go grocery shopping online and have it delivered. And I did! And it was awesome. And it will be delivered tomorrow morning! Isn't that just the best thing ever? Yes, I am a little too excited about that, but you have no idea what a relief it is to not have to find the time to get to the store:). Or maybe you do.

My next two challenges are:

1) Homeschooling with a toddler
 - My goal is to attempt one subject each day this week.

2) Rearranging the boys' room so that the toddler can sleep in there with them
- My goal is to start this during his nap time if by some miracle he naps without me in the room
