Letting it Go

I'm hoping that in about 15 minutes I will feel motivated to clean up, organize, do laundry, fold laundry, and make lunches. For now, however, I am letting it go:).

My boys are sleeping soundly. (A) is quite congested, though, and because he refuses to take naps at school...is absolutely exhausted by the end of the day. I love that little man, but he can sure drive me crazy sometimes. Like today when I called him to get his backpack and he ran out into the parking lot instead of walking around the front of the car. His favorite thing to say is, "I forgot." Apparently, he has a worse memory than I do because he forgets A LOT!

I feel especially bad for his teachers. He is either testing them big time or has some major attentional/sensory issues.

All of this is providing me with opportunities to learn how to best parent (A) and David! God also uses it to remind me that I mess up and 'forget' probably more than (A) does and that does not change how much He loves me. I pray that God helps me to be an example of God's love for my little men.
