Today

Anthony's science project this week involved making a water wheel. He wrote a full three pages about it in his Science notebook and was so proud to show his brother and daddy when they got home today. 

David pouted at dinner because we are "taking a break from fostering" and he really wants another little brother.

Anthony isn't so sure. He thinks he wants to do it again, but only if the little brother can stay with us. He'd actually prefer if Little C and Little D could come back and stay.

I'm excited that just today, our church agreed to host an Empowered to Connect Live Simulcast in April! Can't wait to get registration set up so we can officially spread the word:).

Lee and I will soon be trained in TheraPlay. I'm looking forward to it, but chuckle to myself when I think about how many different types of therapies we have been trained in. We just finished listening to a free webinar tonight. It was about how to use reflection and empathy in order to diffuse conflict and meltdowns. I'm grateful that I didn't have to practice much of that today haha.
