Goodbye Crib

A few days ago, we dissembled the crib in our master bedroom and gave it away. I'm trying to convince Lee we should purchase a mini-crib, but he isn't so sure yet:).

Here is the space now. It still looks ready for snuggling and reading with a little one, right? I'm hopeful that Lee will feel ready to foster again sometime in the near future. Hey, don't laugh at me...I can dream!

In the meantime, we are praising God for the wonderful memories we are forming with our growing boys. I am still grappling with the fact that they are both six year old. Here are some pictures from that one warm day last weekend:

David lost his first tooth this morning!!

SO exciting. Hope the tooth fairy remembers to visit tonight:). If for some reason she forgets, perhaps we can blame the poor weather? Hehe.

Tonight we had a joint visit with both of the boys' birth moms. We spent it at the bowling alley and had a great time. It brings me so much joy to see Anthony forming such fun, positive memories with his birth mom. It is working really nicely to have visits all together as well...helps reduce jealousy and develops a better sense of family for all of us. Here are some pictures from the bowling alley:

Haha...good times!

Tomorrow we will be enjoying a snow day at home as a family.
